Welcome to the St. Francis Early Learning Center!

St. Francis ELC opened in 2008 as an extension of St. Francis of Assisi School. We are conveniently located in Norristown, Pennsylvania, on the same grounds as our Day School and St. Francis of Assisi Church. St. Francis Early Learning Center is licensed in Pennsylvania. SFA ELC Norristown accepts subsidized payment from Child Care Information Services (CCIS) and your local Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC).
